Market Report May 17 2023
We are in a frustrating market at the moment. Tuesday gave us a narrow-range day with the S&P 500 still in balance below resistance and Nasdaq above resistance, but also in balance. Nasdaq 100 was the only gainer.
Other than Tech, all sectors were in the red, as were the main European indices.
VIX gained 5% and closed just below 18.
