Thursday’s stock market demonstrated a varied performance, with mega-cap equities substantially influencing the fluctuations within the indices. While the major averages faced immediate losses at the beginning of the trading day, they ascended into the green by mid-session but closed lower than Wednesday.

Most of the sectors and MEA closed in the red as the market awaits today’s NFP.
